While every other referee app is sold to your league,
your actual workflow is still happening in WhatsApp and spreadsheets.

Court Crew works for referees across eight sports — football, basketball, handball, volleyball, futsal, ice hockey and more.
SCAN. Photograph the paper slip, forward the assignment email, or open the PDF. Court Crew reads it into a match — date, teams, competition, venue, fee — you confirm the details, then it's saved.
TRACK. The match fee and travel fee you're owed, tracked separately on every match, across every league you work — you mark each paid or unpaid, even for a single game.
KNOW WHAT'S OWED. One number, always current: what you're still owed, by your own count. Tap any unpaid fee to copy a reminder — you send it yourself, from your own email.

Photograph a paper assignment, pick a screenshot from your camera roll, or open a PDF appointment sheet. It comes back as date, time, both teams, competition, venue, age category and the fee — filled into the form, for you to check before saving. This is the part no assignor platform will build.
Assignment arrived by email? Forward it to [email protected] and the match is read out of it and saved. You get a reply saying what was added — or that it could not be read, or that you already had it.
A match fee and a travel fee per match, each marked paid or unpaid on its own — so a settled fee with the travel still outstanding is counted as exactly that, not as a whole match unpaid.
Tap Remind and the app writes the message for you, listing the exact matches still unpaid and the total, and puts it on your clipboard. The wording is a template you own and can rewrite. You send it, from your own address, wherever your assignor actually reads things — the app never emails anyone for you.
Export a match to your Google Calendar. The match then says so, and if the kick-off or the venue moves you re-sync the same event rather than creating a second one. Cancelled fixtures can be removed from the calendar too.
Invite the rest of the crew to a match by email — they do not need an account first — and give each of them view or edit rights. Every match carries its own chat thread, so the conversation stays attached to the game it is about.

Export a match to your own calendar, re-sync it when the fixture moves, remove it when the fixture is off.
The app opens on a scan button, not a sign-up wall. Scan an assignment, add matches, look around — it is all kept on your phone. Create an account later and those matches are uploaded to it.
Export every match to CSV — dates, teams, competition, venue, fee, travel fee, what was paid, crew size, your role. Yours to keep, on your own machine, whatever later happens to the account.
No club subscription, no league invitation, no admin switching you on. Court Crew has no assignor side at all, so it sits alongside whatever platform your league uses.
Everything here is free while Court Crew is tested with referees — no card, no billing. Court Crew only tracks what you record, and never sends anything to your league or anyone else on your behalf.
An optional Pro plan may come later — for things like deeper season insights or bulk CSV export. Never for the core: scanning assignments, tracking fees, seeing what's owed. Your matches and fees are yours — export everything to CSV whenever you want.

Your league's platform knows which games you were given. It does not know which of them have actually been paid, and it was never built to tell you.
Already on ArbiterSports, Assignr or a league portal? Court Crew does not replace it and does not need to talk to it — you photograph the assignment it gives you.
Court Crew comes from two basketball referees. We refereed the games, and we were the ones adding up what we were still owed at the end of the month.

Referees — not leagues or assignors. If you scan or forward your own assignments and want one place that tracks what's still owed to you, it's for you, whether you ref one match a month or five a week.
No. Court Crew has no assignor side at all — it doesn't talk to ArbiterSports, Assignr or your league portal, and never will. You photograph or forward the assignment they give you; nothing goes back the other way.

Eight: football, futsal, basketball, volleyball, handball, ice hockey, rugby and tennis. You pick one for your profile and the app speaks that sport’s language throughout — nothing about a match is football-specific. The calendar and dashboard assume one sport per referee, so officiating two sports side by side is not properly supported yet.
One person builds this, and that person is the one who answers.
