1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Court Crew ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Court Crew is a professional platform designed for sports referees to manage matches, track performance, access integrated calendars, and enhance their officiating careers. The Service includes:

  • Match management and scheduling tools
  • Performance analytics and statistics
  • Calendar integration with Google Calendar
  • Team and competition management
  • Payment and fee tracking
  • Mobile applications for iOS and Android

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Transmit any harmful code, such as viruses or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Court Crew and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the licenses granted in this section.

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase any paid features or services through the Service, you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to Google Calendar. Your use of such third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions of those services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES of MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COURT CREW, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Court Crew and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Court Crew operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
